Iffy Lube is a World War Two Reenacting Unit honoring the men of the 1823rd Ordnance Medium Maintenance Company, Aviation (Q) part of the 9th Air Force Service Command. I was asked to redesign a poster and do some photography edits for a recent event. The photos were recent and of the men within the unit, so they wanted them to look as though they were taken during the war. I developed a custom filter and added a vectorized version of the Signal Corps watermark, which was usually found in the right bottom corner of photos from the time period. As a World War II reenactor myself, this was a very fun project.
